If you haven’t yet, be sure to download the free games for July if you’re a member of either PlayStation Plus or Xbox Gold. In the next couple days, each console will be announcing the titles for August, so there is a limited time to get what you want from this month’s offerings.
PlayStation owners got a good deal in July with Detroit: Become Human Digital Deluxe Edition and Horizon Chase Turbo. A bonus is the inclusion of Heavy Rain in the digital deluxe edition of Detroit: Become Human. This really gives PlayStation Plus members three games in July, instead of two, which is nice.
Xbox Gold members haven’t been left out in the cold, however, as Microsoft offered the fantastic platformer Inside, which deserves all the love it gets. Also available is the action game Big Crown: Showdown and the fighter game Rivals of Aether.
All of these are still up for grabs, but you need to be quick about it. The month is almost over, and the next lineup is close to being released. We’ll keep you posted on the goodies that are heading for your doorstep.
